The terms for using Solmirelle Solitaire.

1. Your agreement

These terms apply between you and ALL AMPLIFIED MEDIA LTD when you use Solmirelle Solitaire. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. The game

Solmirelle is a solitaire game with local progress, customisation and optional online features. It is free with advertising. The current game does not include purchases. Rewards, scores and collection items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for money.

3. Permission to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use the app lawfully. The game’s artwork, software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Do not redistribute our assets without permission, attack services, bypass security or submit manipulated leaderboard results. Rights permitted by applicable law are not restricted by this clause.

4. Ads and optional services

Ads are provided by third parties. Optional video rewards depend on successful SDK confirmation. Availability of ads, online rankings and network services is not guaranteed. We may change or discontinue features and restrict abusive use of online services.

5. Progress and availability

Local progress can be lost if you clear storage, reset the game, uninstall it or lose your device. The online leaderboard is not a backup of local progress. We take reasonable care in providing the game but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains processing of information. You can stop playing at any time and follow the deletion instructions to remove local or online data.

7. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect losses arising from use of the game. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
