Email your phone model, Android version, game version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is useful if it does not contain private information.
Can I play offline?
Local solitaire does not require registration. Online rankings and advertisements need a connection. When a video cannot load, you can continue playing without the extra reward.
Why didn’t I receive a video reward?
A reward requires confirmation from the ad provider. Early closing or a failed load does not grant a reward. If a completed video did not grant the displayed help, tell us the approximate time, game version and the reward you selected.
Where are my saved games?
Progress is saved on your device. Clearing storage, resetting or uninstalling removes it. The game does not provide cloud restoration of your local collection or saved hand.
How can I manage my privacy?
Open Profile for diagnostic choices and available ad consent settings. For deletion instructions and email requests, visit Delete your data. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
