Delete your data
Control local progress, remove an online profile, or send a deletion request without installing the game.

Write to support@solmirelle-soliter.com with the subject “Solmirelle data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want your online profile and all associated game data deleted, or a specific support message removed. Include your leaderboard display name and challenge dates if available. We may ask for limited information to verify and locate your records; a display name alone may not uniquely identify an anonymous profile.

Open Profile → Privacy → Delete online data, then confirm. This option is shown when the online leaderboard is available. It removes your Firebase authentication identity, online player records and leaderboard entries. This action cannot be undone. Using online features again can create a new anonymous profile.
Delete progress on this device
Use the reset option in Profile and confirm, or open Android Settings → Apps → Solmirelle → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling the app also deletes local data. This removes your saved games, collection progress, achievements and preferences. If you also want cloud data removed, use online deletion before clearing storage, so the app can still identify your online profile.
What may remain
Previously processed advertising or diagnostic information is subject to the providers’ retention policies and applicable deletion rights. Limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve the request and prevent abuse. We will explain any applicable exception when responding. We handle verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us. Never send a password or identity document with your initial request.
